Steve's Bagels

Tried Steve’s bagels for the first time today. The food was good but the experience wasn’t. Wanted to order the Bada Bing and Empire Steak sandwiches along with some bagels. We were told that they don’t have Steak anymore which means no Empire Steak on the menu and also that Bada Bing is no longer in the menu but they will make it. We were grateful for that and were told we would be getting our food in the car. Fast forward 30min and still no order so I went inside to inquire. The lady who was making the Bada Bing was rude enough to tell me that I told you that it would take time to make since I was specially making it for you. Now how is it my fault that I asked for a sandwich which was already on the menu? Isn’t is Steve’s Bagels responsibility to remove an item from the menu if you no longer offer it? For sure it will be the last time we visit.

I love this place. This last time I tried asiago pesto bagel with scallion cream cheese and hubby had sausage, egg and cheese on pepper jack cheese bagel. Bagels are chewy and delicious. Cathy, at the register is a gem. She engages every person that walks in with a smile and genuine friendliness. Definitely go back again and again.

Su@@@#ked. 1star was too much. Asked for a bagel breakfast sandwich told it would take a 1/2 hr to get a bagel breakfast sandwich with no one in place ___so I ask for a deli sandwich. Pay for it and go to car to wait. 10 minutes go by and I see the kid who took my order come out with a bag. Yeah sandwich. NOT He gets in his car and leaves I wait a few minutes and nothing. I go in and ask about my order.. they look at me like what. They did not have my order. Told them I want my $$$ back and left. I find this location is gone down hill. No organization or customer service.they hang around doing nothing. I think Steve needs to look at the people who are so called running this location. Need attentive and efficient people. Also need to improve wait time for food
