Came here to get the Go2s deal. I specifically said can I have 2 orders of the Go2s which will be the the (1) coffee with (1) wake up wrap. They never repeated my order when I when you to the window to pay they only gave me 1 coffee and 2 wake up wraps. When I ask for my other coffee the manager said you only ask for 1 coffee and 2 wake up wraps. I told her clearly I said give me 2 orders of the Go2s which involves 2 medium coffees and 2 wake up wraps. She said well my employee didn’t hear that. Honestly this Store won’t make it any far if they keep that energy at all times. They always forget something about your order and they never give you a receipt I wonder why

The visit was like every other visit other than they buckled under the pressure of a swamped drive thru!! My caramel coffee was missing the caramel, and my friends sandwich order was missing cheese. They were hoping to push the items fast without us caring, not good business. Fast food should not come at a compromise!!! What you order is what you order no matter how packed your drive thru or front counter is. Take the time to make sure your service and orders are correct, well that's why people come to your establishment!

Well where I start at with the manager tamika she’s had to learn how to talk to customers first off second this is that if there’s a deal going on and a customer is asking for 2 Medium coffee’s with both wraps and only get one cause the crew members didn’t hear me to well .. I go inside and ask for the wraps and they only gave me one and I ask for my second one and she was giving me Attitude I ask to talk to the higher manager and she Refuse to give me her name and Gave me more attitude because I asked for the regional managers name so therefore I think someone should take action with her.. I never had this experience I go there everyday 2-3 times a day now cause of her I’m not going back
