Logan's Roadhouse

Purchased a few sides to go on my way traveling through the area. Disappointing all around: --Dinner rolls were cold and dry. --"Loaded" baked potato was UNASSEMBLED, steamed from being wrapped in foil, and the side of shredded cheese had about a dozen pieces in it. If I wanted to make my own food, I would have waited until I got home. --"Loaded" sweet potato had about 6 mini marshmallows on top. The sweet potato itself was large and baked well. (The only good thing about my experience. ) --Mashed potatoes and gravy was extra small and bland. -- After receiving a text saying they'd bring my order right out, I waited 10 minutes before going in to get it myself. They said they didn't know I was even waiting. -- No utensils were included. Absolute disaster! WASTE OF $20

I'm a truck driver and always love when I get routed through here. I make it a priority to park at Walmart and walk down to get some lunch or dinner. The food was amazing and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Tonight was no different, Gina did an exceptional job making sure our meal was ordered and cooked perfectly

6/10/2022 3:00pm... It had been a few years since we'd been to this location, and this visit reminded me why. A waitress who was barely civil, at least with me, she was friendlier with my husband. I had to ask twice for a drink refill although my husband received two refills without having to ask. The yeast rolls were heavy and doughy, needed more time to rise. My husband ordered the Southern Style Fish but received the Beer Battered Fish. His waffle fries were cold. I'd ordered the Cheese and Bacon Burger, which came with the warning that the cheese would be hot but they were room temperature at best. We ordered two servings of the cheesecake with strawberry topping to go. The strawberry topping consisted of 3-4 slices of strawberries that were still frozen even after a 30 minute ride home. The only saving grace were the fried mushrooms, and they are not good enough to warrant another drive back there again... Update: Three hours after we returned home my husband tried to eat his slice of cheesecake only to find that it too was frozen (which explains why it took our server almost 20 minutes to bring it to our table, it can't be easy to slice a frozen cheesecake).

Not an arguing, but ordered a sirloin and served the filet. It is more about getting the order correct and making adjustments if needed. A few of the sides were cold and had to be sent back to be reheated, only to be brought back out when the meal was almost finished. I did not receive my meal until the others in my party had been served and were several minutes into the meal and over halfway through. Our drinks were empty most of the meal. I understand the current environment of the service industry, but the service was not much to speak of overall. Especially when several of the members of our party are currently servers and are very forgiving. Will not be returning soon. The staff was friendly, just not attentive beyond getting seated.

The waitress was very sweet. The establishment was clean and comfortable. I ordered a ribeye, loaded mashed potatoes, and green beans. The food wasn't that bad. The mashed potatoes could have been better if it was warmer and fresh. I didn't like the steak seasoning. In all not to bad. The beverage was the best. Haha. 💙 Moon
