I'd give less stars if I could. The employee that prepared my sub was extremely rude for no reason. I even tried to lighten up her day with a joke that usually works and she barely smiled. Obviously on purpose she was having a bad day and didn't want to work. Whoever owns this place needs to look into the way their customers are being treated by the employees. I did not deserve to be scorned for wanting subway. I will never spend another dime at this location.

I"ve been to this store numerous times at 2227 Hillsboro Blvd. Manchester TN. and every time I go in there you can tell they don't change the lettuce , tomatoes or the cucumbers often enough. The lettuce looks wilted the cucumbers are not crisp and the tomatoes have lost their freshness. I think the owner needs to train the employees better to pay more attention to the vegetable section to make sure it is more appealing to the customers. So we don't have to be afraid of getting botulism.

Ordered a salad and it was all wrong no avocados, that I paid $2 for and it was drenched in two different dressings. I ordered ranch but got ranch and honey mustard. I call and noone answered they don't have a voicemail or anything. Well I wonder what happened to this place, I thought it was the sandwiches getting smaller but no it is the service and just a plain inadequate restaurant period. Online ordering is always tricky but wow Subway. 12 dollar salad is inedible and no way to replace or have it remade because noone answers the phone.
