My hubbie & I were bought a wowcher deal for the sunday roast with a bottle of wine for our wedding anniversary. We both had the beef with all the trimmings and it was absolutely delicious. The portion size was very generous. Still room for dessert so we shared the Ferrero Rocher cheesecake.We had a lovely young lady called Charly serving us who was very attentive & friendly. She kept us updated on how long the food would be and offered to get us some olives to nibble on while we waited. Didn't need them in the end as the meal then appeared. It wasn't too busy and the atmosphere was very relaxed. We highly recommend this restaurant and would definitely go back.

Had a Sunday dinner here advertised on Wowcher, £26 for two roast chicken or beef Sunday dinners and a bottle of wine (which we took home because I was driving). The food was absolutely was beautiful, and the gravy was divine. All the veggies were perfectly cooked, not too soft or hard. The roasties were lush, perfectly crispy. The chicken was beautiful. Lastly, the service was great, very attentive staff, and when asking for more gravy, at no extra cost, they were happy to provide. We have been here several times for normal evening dinner, and every time we cannot fault it, and it’s one of our favourite places to go. It’s a must see to enjoy.

Odd experience, what looked like an entrance with a menu, stairs, door turned out to be shut. We eventually found the right entrance. We waited at what looked like a waiting point to be sat at our table, a few staff just ignored us and walked past, so we moved forward a little bit more and eventually got noticed. We sat down at our table, almost an empty restaurant but we were sat right at the front unlike other diners who had a view out of the windows. Asked for a bread basket, got given 5 toasted slices of rustic bread (well there were 5 of us so I'm guessing one per person they thought was plenty as it was free). Meals came out pretty quickly, service was ok. I was expecting the chicken to be warm on the Caesar salad rather than straight out of the fridge. All in all a nice place, good food just felt like a strange place.

It was our first time there and at lunchtime, so it wasn't very full. I'm sure the atmosphere would be great during the evening, that's the only reason I gave it 4stars. We were given a Wowcher meal here and I'm glad, the choice of menu and the food was fantastic. The service was great too. We will definitely be going there again. 👍🏾
