Service was incredible. I chose this location to cater for my TV film crew and staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. They were extremely helpful, speedy and friendly. I would recommend this location for all things from casual dining to cooperate bookings. 5 stars from me (10 stars for the manager, thank you for taking care of us!)

Beautiful english breakfast with nice touches as garlic on the tomatoes, smoked bacon, perfect poached eggs, and surprised to get lemon for my earl grey tea. -1 for the service due to the novice/apprentice guy not knowing what is "earl grey tea", nor what the payment options are. Learn the menu bud. But the manager seem to have smoothly sorted everything. Good impressions will visit you again

Great food and service. Carluccio’s never lets me down on the quality of the food. The atmosphere and service was a nice welcome to Manchester. The service was speedy and our lovely server gave us some tips on what to do in Manchester for our weekend trip.

We just called in as we’d missed our train connection. The staff were so lovely in getting us two bruschetta’s and two coffees - at great speed . Thank you very much indeed . Good luck too

Coffee stop to meet up with my friend ahead of our day out in Manchester. Service always good, atmosphere buzzes. Our drinks waiter was very pleasant & we enjoyed our brief visit 👍😁.

As an Italian in Manchester I can definitely say that this place really surprised me.
Staff were really attentive and the food was absolutely gorgeous.
Had the arancini as starter and the seafood linguine as main.
What to say, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very good place to eat some food before catching the train. The quality of the food is excellent but the portions are very small. Service is pretty fast and efficient.

I nipped into Carluccio's in between meetings. I needed something quick that wasn't too heavy. Service was quick and exactly what I would expect from Carluccio's. I had glass of red and the antipasti plate. Both were delicious and I was in and out in 40 minutes. Reasonably priced as well. I will be going back when I have more time to spend.
