Hog's Breath Cafe

I am a big fan of Hoggies Mandurah normally, but was really underwhelmed by the value for money... $14 potatoe skins buys you 4 tiny shriveled pieces with one piece looking like someone took a bight out if it, we didn't (see photo) chicken parmy..$27 buys you two good sized but thin pieces, with only one piece having the thin bland sauce and very little cheese on it, I have bigger better parmies at other venues for $20... the service is good and friendly though. The menu choices has reduced since a month ago... I think Hogs Breath as a whole had lost that real value and choice it once had... Rockingham seems the same.. Won't be returning in a hurry for the parmy or the skins anymore sorry unless you improve your attention to detail 🙁

Well we were starving and still didnt touch but returned these yummy looking steaks. Why??? The very worst ever customer service experience in our lifes! We were so upset we left without touching the mains. The shift manager almost spoiled our 11st anniversary. The starter and kids meal were yummy though. And the owner and operation manager were making up for it BIG TIME. Hence 2 stars instead 0. Previous experiences at Hogs Breath Mandurah were lovely. So guess the staff just had a V-E-R-Y bad day!

If I could give minus stars I would be, I don't ever write negative reviews so here goes my first one. I have lovely memories going to hogs breath growing up in mandurah and since moving back I'd been looking forward to taking my own kids in. We ordered our food and then I went to use the bathroom, that's when I noticed the cleanliness of hogs breath now. I don't believe those bathrooms had been cleaned all weekend or in the previous week. The kids both got pasta that looked like it was poured straight out of a tin! They ate a very small amount. Us 2 adults went all out with the duo steak and ribs combo. Neither of us could eat it, we both ate all the salad but that's it. A few bites of the meat but it was so awful. So all up there were 4 basically full plates left at the table, no one meal checked, no one said anything when they saw the plates full of food still, not even when we went to pay did the man ask how was our experience. I am so disappointed, 150 less in the bank for that! I won't be back ever!
