I wish I could give this place zero stars… The older lady on the till needs to hurry up and retire as she obviously hates her job. She was extremely rude when taking our order. My boyfriend asked for extra salt and vinegar and she rolled her eyes as she wrote it down. I asked for an extra piece of lemon with mine to which she replied that it already came with lemon, I asked if I could please have two pieces of lemon - Another eye roll. We then waited over an hour for our two large servings of snapper and chips (one was grilled). We only had one small piece of fish each, nothing had any salt or vinegar on it, there was one piece of lemon between us and the chips were clearly frozen chips from a bag! I can’t believe we paid $32 for that. If we hadn’t of left the area then I would have taken it back and asked for a full refund. Wouldn’t have minded the lady’s horrible customer service or the long wait if the food had been amazing but I honestly can’t decide what was worst… Her or the food.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS ON HERE! Feel free to check my other fish and chips shop reviews; I'm clearly a hard man to please, but please they did. The fish was delicious (battered and grilled), the chips were great, the dim sims were real, deep fried, battered dim sims, the squid rings were moist and crisp and tasty. Admittedly, the chicken nuggets were more reminiscent of the old chicken and corn patties you got at the school canteen, and the curry sauce was a little too sweet, but that was small stuff. Finally, a friendly, well priced, tasty fish and chips shop. Loved it, and will be back.

This place was a joke. Extremely rude service, lack of staff on a long weekend, they were not even aware of the online orders until after we turned up. Snapper servings were ridiculous- the lemon wedge was almost bigger and they were dry like rubber. There was a hair in the calamari rings- gross. What a waste of time and money.
