The best salad bar I've ever been to as a plant based human. The variety and portion size is very generous. The people there look really healthy and are very friendly. So happy I found this place during my first visit to Manly. And the service is amazing, you can choose what sauces to add as extra as well as dips like fresh pesto, fresh hummus, beetroot hummus. Also you can add nuts to your liking as well as feta. Whenever I come back to manly I will definitely come back here.

I usually do not leave negative reviews however today's experience was really disappointing! I used to love Docle Terra, great food, knowledgeable staff and great knowledgeable owner. Today he wasn't there. Staff was unable to advise me in relation to dietary requirements at all, each answer was "i don't know" also the amount of food i got today was really small, paid for 3 salads, half of a container was empty. Dear owner, it was extremely disappointing experience, such a shame as i really loved your business before!

Very good and fancy healthy food (gluten free and vegan options) . A lot of choices which regularly change. Very nice staff. The smoothies are very good as well. Huge terrace in the sun and in the shade to make everyone happy. You chose your plate and then find a table which is super efficient. Small and big groups are welcome. No booking but you will find a spot at anytime.

An impressive salad and small protein restaurant perfect for brekky and lunch. A great selection of salads which you can pick and choose from and include legumes and chickpeas, beans etc and some great sauces and dips. Only downside is the menu can be a bit difficult to decipher, the space around the salad desks is too small (due to seating) and probably most disappointing is that due to the small amount of protein on the dishes it was not filling enough for me. I think they need to up the portion sizes a little for the price. Will be visiting again fo sho tho.
