Good place to grab something chocolatey if you are waiting for a ferry. Can be a bit of a wait. Kids love it here and will descend into a chocolate/sugar fuelled vortex for the three hours after you leave.

Another Aussie "Must-Visit"! Chocolates galore! Had their signature Suckao, it was hot chocolate heaven. Wished to have tried their many other concoctions had time permited.

We go there often, never had a bad experience with food or service. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful.

The coffee and the deserts are amazing. The chocolate shuffle is to die for. A little bit overcrowded since it's outside the wharf.

Ordered a normal chocolate milkshake, taste like just chocolate and milk instead of milkshake. Probably should order the 80’s milkshake.

Seriously, that's the best you can do with such an amazing product (chocolate)?
We got served a microwave heated chocolate babka, microwave heated Belgian waffle and microwave heated chocolate sponge cake with 'blue ribbon' vanilla ice cream...(I saw one of the staff walking out of the kitchen with a 'blue ribbon' box, you'd think ice cream in such place would be a bit more authentic). This place has such great potential but always such a big disappointment. I've been to the branch at Macquarie Shopping centre too, it's as bad if not worse.
Max Brenner in Australia is a disgrace to the global brand, I have been to branches in a few other countries and they were all very good.

A great location if you're coming or going on the ferries. If you need a coffee or chocolate fix, stop here! Look no further. The coffee was great, just what I needed after a big day out. And watching the boats go in and out was lovely too.
