Last weekend i celebrated my 30th Birthday party with a Mexican theme at home. I had Guzman y Gomez cater it for me. They catered for 60 people, and did not disappoint! There was enough food to feed 100 people and the service from beginning to end was exceptional. I was fortunate enough to have Micah Barresi look after my catering order and the team from highpoint. He was efficient, organised and ensured i was looked after throughout the whole experience. As a result, the food was ready on time as promised, it was more then enough and everyone at the party absolutely loved it! Including me. I would absolutely recommend to others and use their services again. Thank you Micah and HP team!!!

Ideally located at Highpoints Entertainment prescint, offering traditional Mexican Food to eat in or take away.
If its Mexican food you like, then Guzman y Gomez can't be missed.
However, it is a let down when you cannot eat your food on site and look elsewhere on the prescint to indulge. This is due to the fact that, eating amenities are very dirty, with left over food, bottles, packages, napkins everywhere on the tables, which are a real turn off to sit down. There is also spult sauce on the floor around eating area, which is clearly a safety hazard for patrons, the cleaning and waste dispensing station does not look the part .
Come on guys, get your act together and do something about this issue.

The order was prepared quickly and arrived at our table without any problems. The food was hot and the drinks were cold. Food tasted great. Overall, a pleasant lunch while shopping

Absolutely frustrated and annoyed that they consider this an order for their customers. Ordered a California chicken burrito and this is what has shown up. I have ordered the same order multiple times a week in the past month and never have I seen something this small and under filled. Extremely disappointed and frustrated that there is an inconsistency amongst guzman y gomez chains.

The burrito bowl ($11.9 for the Regular size, ~$8-9 for the mini size) is a fantastic comfort food and each bite is super flavourful. I reccomend getting beef mince for it. Staff are really nice as well, despite the stressful pace they're always at which is always appreciated. I only wish that the portion sizes were more generous - or if you were able to pay for an upsize.

Very poor effort on the food. I ordered a full burrito but was delivered with a plain one that only had rice, very minimal filling at all which was I paid for. Also ordered soft tacos but it ended up being hard tacos. Usually I struggle getting anything hard in general so it was quite a suprise.

Really disappointing. Ordered a spicy chicken burrito. They used to be spicy and full of flavour. Now they are much smaller and with very little spice or flavour. They were really busy prioritising all the delivery drivers and ignoring or not engaging with the walking customer orders. I eventually got noticed and given my order. I used to love GyG for their decently sized and consistently tasty burritos. Where did it all go so wrong.

Customer service and food is consistently good at highpoint. I'm from Sydney and ordered my usual chicken burrito bowl. Tastes better than the ones I get from Sydney.
