Kfc

We came tonight as we had home delivery from here last night and yet again, they missed out items from our order. I called and the lady I spoke to apologised and said if I came in they would fix me up with another meal. So when I arrived at 6:40pm, they were busy granted, but I was still made to wait at least 10 mins before I could speak to a manager to deal with it. I want to shout out to the young guy serving (and training someone else) at the counter. If it wasn't for his bright attitude, I would have been very annoyed again. So thankyou for being nice and touching base with me every minute or two. It made the difference.

Always interesting to find my way to the food court at Highpoint but when I arrived I needed something fast so went for KFC. A chicken wrap with a raspberry slushie and the most lovely chips of all the fast food places. Food was tasty and made fresh in front of my eyes so was quite happy with the taste and portion size. Staff were friendly. Good carpark size - in fact enormous. Kid friendly. Wheelchair accessible.

horrible. i work in customer service right across the road and this was the worst service ever. the manager was purely rude the (orange headed guy..) he told me to 'learn' how to use the kfc app after they messed up my order and wasted 20minutes of my lunch break just to find it on the bench then proceeded to give me attitude for asking for a fresh meal...
