Gami Chicken

Worst Gami experience is all I could say. This branch definitely destroyed the reputation of the OG Gami. We have been loving Gami and haven’t stopped visiting all these years, however this branch really disappointed us to the next level. 1. Green grape soju was from a new brand and it tasted yucky. Waitress had no idea if the grape soju refers to green grape or normal grape, we had to ask 3 different staffs for the answer. 2. Corn cheese and corn were well separated. Cheese not completely melted and became hard and chewy. 3. Fried Teokppokki shown in menu but served in not fried. 3. Kimchi pancake or cabbage pancake? It seemed like kimchi flavored pancake with cabbage in it. It was nicely cooked outside, but inside was still batter. Gami head manager please inspect the food quality in this store.

Food was amazing!! What I loved the most was the play area for the kids so they had something to do while we waited for dinner. I love the online ordering system, it's super simple to use and has never given us an incorrect order. Really friendly and helpful staff and the food arrived very quickly

LARGE portions of food served. Be careful when ordering as it can be a bit overwhelming. I find that Boneless Chicken Thighs are worthier to order than the Corndue Chicken. The cheese (not included in the photo) that is served with the round plate of Corndue Chicken is not that tasty as advertised. Too overhyped for me. Coleslaw is very very good as well as the sauce that comes with the chicken. Soju Cocktails are a must order when visiting the store.

Ordered 1x whole chicken, 1x boneless chicken for $70. Waited 30mins got a phone call from staff said it’s ready. Got there they said someone took our order so we had to wait another 15mins.Too expensive for what we get . Used to be much better business than now.I feel sorry to see Gami became one of those poor business:
