Hungry Jacks

I like their application, its user friendly, its applicable everywhere when im near hungry jacks and no hassle ( like language barrier) from orders. However, some branch are still a bit slow as i ordered it earlier (20mins or so) and went there to get my order placed but still not processed :) but all in all i like hungry jacks app,,, :)

20 minute wait for a coffee in drive thru. 2 cars parked after me and left before. No indication it would take this long for a coffee in drive thru... Had to go in and ask for it to see him grab it straight away and give it to me. Was barely hot so who knows how long it was sitting there. Will not be returning

This has to be one of the worst run fast food restaurants. The staff look overwhelmed and not properly managed. I went in the other day and I wasn't even acknowledged and literally was waiting for ten minutes before someone served me. All I saw was members walking up and down. They make such a big deal of customer service but in this case I felt invisible.

Avoid this particular HJacks. Very dirty inside unclean and the toilets were disgusting. Obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Smelt gross and made me dry reach . Won't be going back here ever again. Also burger was not hot which made the whole experience unsatisfying.Makes you wonder what the kitchen sanitary is like. Stay clear of this place you might get sick..

Ordered online and picked up at the drive thru. Pretty busy but the line was moving and was asked to wait in the waiting bay. 5 or so other cars are served at the drive thru. My order finally comes out. I get home and there’s a burger missing and the food is cold. I literally live a 5 min drive at max from this place. But tbh the effort of going back wasn’t worth it and to be honest don’t think I will be visiting another hungry jacks again. Disappointed.

Ws’ve spent the last two and a half hours waiting and trying to order. I’ve seen at least six different dashers accept the order, drive to the store, wait twenty minutes and give up. Door dash can’t get ahold of them. Why the HELL are you available on door dash, wasting customers and drivers time? Not to mention the money debited twice from our account, which we now have to wait a week for a refund.
