By far my favorite Chick-fil-A location. A few of the staff are like friends, always welcoming me by name. Everyone in the store is friendly. This day I stopped for a late lunch and tucked into the back corner. My first inside visit since Covid. They've closed the playground, and sectioned off parts of their seating. I ordered the Southwest Salad with fried nuggets and extra tortilla chips. My salad was fresh and all the ingredients crunchy. I love they send you off to find a seat & deliver right to your table. Don't forget to use your app here. The drive-thru is crazy most days. Be sure they scan your QR, as the owner of this location will often send free items to your rewards as a thank you for visiting!

I was helped by Avery an associate standing outside and he was more than helpful. Currently expecting and was craving their chicken tortilla soup and apparently that is seasonal. I was ready to pull off, he offered something else and I advised it was a pregnancy craving and Avery asked probing questions to try and figure out what I wanted and he suggested the chicken noodle soup with cheese to make it more creamy and it is delicious! Amazing customer service.

Just drive to barrett pkwy. This one little slower than most chik fil a drive thrus and still doesn’t get the order correct. Went there during lunch- order a market place salad requested the dressing I get when I get that salad. Did not get that salad instead it’s the fiesta one with the corn and beans. Which I might be able to live with if I had a different dressing and the toppings for that dressing. Instead I got the toppings for the market place salad, and the zesty apple for that. I don’t have time to run it back and get something different or the actual correct order. I just really hope the drink is right. It’s great to be fast but I would be ok if you were correct and a little slower instead of fast and sloppy.

Food is always good but typical of this fast food restaurant. Service is always friendly and they seem to always get the order correct. The line can be sluggish at times although the food is always hot. Only downfall is that the inside has not reopened after being closed over a two years now. They usually only put 2 sauces in for an 8 count nugget and maybe 3 for a 12 count. If you want more, just ask of course. As for the customer base, it’s hit and miss. Sometimes customers are really nice other times…they are having a bad day and just want or need food. Be sure you have 15-20 minutes to spare before arriving as the lines are always long.

Always on point!! Except for the one time but who's really counting. It's the best overall chicken sandwich restaurant in the United States. That Drive-through line wrapped around the building always looks intimidating but it moves pretty quick since there are two lanes that merge into one after you pay. Ironic, but some how it works... Enjoy!

Wow never thought I would leave a bad review yet alone at chick fa la. But out of all the chick fa las I have ever been to this is by far the worst. The food is good as usual but the service and very reason people come to chick fa la is that of many other fast food restaurants. I had a very rude guy that didn’t seem to even want to be there to take my order. I had to tell him which sauce I wanted before he walked away and they weren’t even in my bag. He then completely forget part of my order and added something I never said I wanted which I had to eventually correct at the window. Very poorly chick fa la sadly.

Disappointed. Pickup order took 20 minutes after I arrived and then they missed 1 of the 4 things I ordered. If I order in the drive-through line, you’re never gonna make me wait 20 minutes, but I have to wait 20 minutes for a pick up order? Discussed with manager, and they are working on some training, but hard for me to get excited about coming back after spending $50 for fast food and missing 25% of my order. After losing an hour of my life dealing with their mistakes, And making an unnecessary trip back to Chick-fil-A, hesitant to ever do an online order or not double check their work again. Also, management should probably learn to double check things, so I don’t have to. I don’t expect perfection, but you need to own your mistakes, and try and correct them.
