We have been coming to this place since my son was 4! He is now 11 and still loves his Hook & Ladder sandwich. Always super clean and great service!

These are the friendliest kids staff that I have ever ran into. Usually teenagers these days don't care but the staff here was friendly and curious.

I love Firehouse and quite honestly I eat it more than a few times a week. That may change due to the experience I had at this location. I ordered the meatball sub, which is a norm for me only to receive meatballs that were hard and burnt. I was not upset or rude, I simply showed the sub to the employee and asked could I get something different. Her response stunned me. She stated, “the meatballs just come like that.” Her response implied that I should accept the sandwich because this is how it comes. I asked for a refund and that was against policy… Ok, I asked for a sub… she reluctantly agreed and I went on my way.

They are fast and the subs are delicious. Very nice environment and service.

Covid rules were in effect. Good spacing of tables. We had two Italian grilled chicken salads. Portions were good and the salad was tasty. Staff were polite and attentive.
Will definitely go back next time I am in town.
