Mcdonald's

Got there just before 8am to find lobby door locked but it was quickly opened a couple minutes later with another staff member arriving. Short handed the lady took care of inside AND drive-thru in quick fashion and product was accurate and fresh. Kudos to the team for keeping up! Restaurant was clean overall.

I come here pretty regularly. I used to work here, so I know most of the staff pretty well. Even if there are time delays because food can't cook any faster, they have a commitment to ensuring accuracy above speed unless the customer is applying pressure to the process. Multiple times, they have messed up my order. I am a very picky eater and lactose intolerant, so I needed to get it resolved to eat. Danielle, the store manager, was absolutely phenomenal about fixing any mistakes made in good faith. They also recently fixed the app bug that was making my sandwiches get cheese when I hit "no cheese". All things considered, I am gonna keep coming back here as long as they get my food right at a price I can afford, speed be damned. The drive-thru is just for me to avoid too much socializing when I'm feeling reclusive.

Breakfast sandwich was hot, but tasted stale. Like reheated a few times. The hashbrown was veery hot and good. No complaints there. The lady taking payments was more interested in talking to a coworker than talking to her customer. Didn't verify order or total. You could tell, they were not engaged in work talk.
