The staff of The Slate Apartments Homes in Decatur, Ga. and we ordered for the 1st time. We are beyond pleased. The ease of the ordering process to the finished product just perfect! The Marietta branch of Cookies by Design are totally awesome! Not only did my cookies arrive on time, they sent me a picture of them delivered to my friends doorstep! The cookies were just stellar!The communications were exceptional! Even when I inquired about my order after hours, they responded almost immediately!I am very very impressed with this fine group of people! Corporate should take note and utilize these folks as an example of great customer relations and as mentors to other branches! I hope they are recognized for their efforts!! I have ordered a few cookie bouquets from this store and they have all been wonderful! I don't usually get to see them as I usually send them to people who I can't go and see. However, the most recent one I sent for someone's birthday I was able to see and it was gorgeous! The butterflies were so beautifully decorated and all of the cookies are delicious. I would highly recommend Cookies & Cupcakes By Design!

I ordered a hand delivery for my mom's birthday. Even though I could not be there I wanted to treat her on her birthday. The cookies were just about as close to the reference picture as yiu could get, and they delivered it before noon which was nice for her to be able to have a treat earlier in the day.
