I went to the neighborhood McDonald’s today on a whim and experienced next level customer service that made me want to add this location to my morning routine. I was greeted promptly and accommodated as I preferred to order at the register. My order was made accurately and quickly and hand delivered to me as I grabbed a glass of water. I was not ‘order 253’ for once but a valued customer and thanked for my visit. Great job Morning shift crew team members!

Don’t believe their hours. The app says they’re open 24/7, will let you place mobile orders to this location at all times, etc. On multiple occasions I’ve pulled into their drive through to place or pickup a order only to sit at the speaker box for 5 minutes, then pull around and see workers inside with no headsets talking with each other. Once was this morning, it was fairly early, and another time was a few months ago in the late afternoon. Trying to figure out when this location is open and isn’t is nearly impossible as well, seeing as the lights are always on and each time I’ve found it wasn’t open there were cars in the parking lot. Corporate needs to either turn control of the app for this location over to someone who works in the store, or find this store a manager because it seems like they don’t have one.

I made a purchase of 2 filet of fish,and 1 quarter pounder w/cheese. My total was 13.46,on my Mastercard.When I got to pickup window,the customer service tried to give me 4 soft drinks.Not mine. She then checked my order and told me to come inside.Inside, she realized the error,and allegedly refunded the error amount.I had 3 transactions,on my Mastercard.To this date,The management has failed to refund back the excess charges for someone else's order.

Nasty, rude staff. From the intercom person being mean and nasty, to the lady at the pay window not acknowledging me, to the pick up window girl giving me a nasty look like, "Eeaal.. why are you still sitting here," when I sat there after she gave me my bag. She forgot my hashbrowns and when I told her, she just turned her back to me, walked away and came back with THREE HASBROWNS IN ONE BAG. I told her to have a good day AND SHE JUST WALKED AWAY. The ENTIRE STAFF WAS RUDE, UNFRIENDLY, AND MEAN. Shame on you McDonalds.
