Domino's Pizza

SO NASTY... literally a heart attack in the making. I will not feed this to my son.... they done lost their mind..... I will never order here again🤢🤢🤢🤢 also I went into the location and I talked to a manager named Victoria and she was extremely rude, saying “there is nothing I can do for you” I asked “would you give your son a pizza that was dripping grease?” She said “well first of all I wouldn’t give my 1 year old son pizza in general” ... ummm excuse me? There was NOOO need to throw in parenting when I’m talking about a refund on my pizza. Absolutely childish & she needs to lose her job. PERIOD.

Most people post reviews when they have a bad experience and this is no different. The problem is that this has happened way too often. A pizza will be out for delivery for >30 minutes after it says it is out the door. I live < 1/2 mile away. The pizzas arrive barely warm and it happens every other order. They have been this way for years and I try twice a year or so to see if it changes but it never does. Carry-out has always been good, so if you like dominoes style do it that way.

Ordered as normal, a few minutes later, walk inside to missed call and notification my order has been canceled. Call for explanation and the gentleman on the phone says he tried to call and canceled my order. Not enough drivers. Did not offer to remake the order just than he canceled it. To my amazement he kept telling he he cancelled the order. I asked for a possible discount on my next order and he refused stating it was my fault I didn't answer the phone. Stated myself it was not my fault for not being able to manage a schedule and asked again if there's any sort of compensation for not being able to deliver a product that you specialize in. Refused stating again it was my fault. Asked for manager, stated he was. Asked one more time and he just hung up on me. Last time I order Domino's.

have ordered from this location several times with very mixed results. When the stars align, it's fresh and hot and on time. However, on times like tonight, not so much. Estimated time for delivery on the web site was 30 min, but it was just under an hour before my delivery driver arrived and said that he forgot to grab the salad...Ok, mistakes happen, but the pizza was made incorrectly and there weren't any dipping sauces that I ordered. When I called, the asst manager did offer a double credit for the salad, but it will be a while before I get burned again by the lackluster service from this location. Back to Marcos pizza...the crust is much better!
