Coworker sent me to pick up pizza from this location. I opened the box and wasn't impressed. I was excited until I saw it... Got the 14" thin ExtravaganZZa supreme. It was $17.99, but with the coupon took $5 off. It was a little dry and kind of small for a large in my eyes! Wish I would've taken a picture, but I didn't! I love pizza and since I wasn't paying for it I decided to not complain. Welp....this won't be my go-to pizza joint! And I was the one to suggest Domino's this time around...sigh...

I ordered over $80 worth of pizza for a family night event and had ordered for carside delivery. I also called the store within 15-seconds of completing my purchase and requested 1 of the pies to be WELL DONE (mine, the only way I eat thin crust pizza). I eat too much Domino's and know the rules for the 2-minute guarantee quite well. I selected I AM HERE in the online order app, and watched for the status changes. Pretty soon, the order was marked coveted and the 2-minute timer started, and 6 seconds later, it stopped. 10 minutes later our pizza came out to the car. I inquired about the delay and they blamed it on my request to have mine WELL DONE. I have ordered Domino's pizza this way since 1987, never have I been lied to in this manner for my preference of well done pizza. I called the store and spoke to someone claiming to be the General Manager of the Domino's by the Marietta Square, next to Wendy's, and his attitude was not that of a trained Manager, let alone a bag boy at Krogers. When I request credit forbtheor lack of fulfilling the Domino's 2-Minute Carside Delivery Guarantee, he laughed and said he was the GM and was not going to give it to me. I asked if he was willing to lose a dedicated Domino's Pizza customer over their problem and he said, "Yup, I am the boss here, not you" and he hung up the phone. I did some research and there is documented that a 'Christopher' is a Manager at that location, so perhaps he is so poorly trained or inept that he treats Customers like he is in High School, but I cannot think the owner would allow him to stay a Manager very long.
I started a campaign with Twitter, Fakebook and I left multiple messages with Domino's Corporate offices and voice-mail about 'Christophers' treatment of moi.
3 weeks later, a friendly voice called from Domino's corporate offices and advised they had reviewed my complaints against the location and they issued a verbal apology for the juvenile attitude of 'Christopher',, as well as theybawarded me a large number of Rewards Points to show their sincerity and appreciation for my being wronged by that locations employees.
While not everything in life can be great, they should be good, and I sincerely hope 'Christopher' gets his Rewards and boot in the Behind, he deserves every kick he gets.

Great service at this location!!! Fantastic pizza and chicken, arrives hot and fresh everytime!! Ordering online was a breeze, and they deliver within a timely manner.I love this Dominos!! Their delivery drivers are courteous and timely, especially Todd!! Thanks Dominos!! I'll order from here everyday if I can lol 🍕

I rarely complain about anything, especially Domino’s. However, I have to write this. The location off S. Marietta Pkwy has an issue serving persons of color. I’m not exactly sure what the issue is, however I am urging Domino’s to do a thorough investigation. Customer Service for me, is always top priority. If you can greet others of different ethnicities with the upmost respect, then you can do so for all persons of a different background. This particular issue occurs on a regular basis at this location. Uncertain of the associates name, however the individual hung up in my face rudely as he has always done and when I arrived to this location today, he had the audacity to say, “have a nice day,” opposed to apologizing. Meanwhile, this location was supposedly in the process of closing, yet he continued carrying on a conversation with other customers. Furthermore, I was made to wait outside while other customers who were also doing pickups, were allowed to sit inside and wait. Domino’s, is this how you normally treat persons of color?

I am done with domino’s. This store is useless and rude. I am forced to use this store from the app and multiple times i have had my order sit in quality check for over an hour, meaning that it has been sitting on the heating rack for over an hour. When i call and ask whats goin on an hour after waiting i get told there are “millions of orders” before mine by some rude individual who claimed to be the manager. Do you self a favor and stay away from this dominos.

My delivery is always on time or before. Pizza is always excellent. Probably the best pizza I have ever tasted. Delivery people are always courteous and professional.

Well, they improved for a while. Back to sucking eggs now. Rude person even told me he was the manager. He made my pies. Couldn't even cut the slices all the way through. Lied to me about toppings. Delivered pies cold.
Acted as if he were on drugs when he finally answered the call.
I guess it is hard to find good help at that location.
In fairness, service and quality at the restaurants near this location are horrible. This Domino's and Subway are the worst. Church's is tied for second.
