pictures says it all. Chicken nuggets looks like/and indeed is fired bread crumbs, barely any meat, mostly breadings, and super dry . $6.99? Totally Consumer fraud… Average size is like my nail cap. Tossed after two bites…I feel so bad for asking my friend route to this place when gas price is $4/gallon and getting such a horrible experience…

Helpful service to navigate which bubble tea to try. Very delicious and ideal sweetness. Really enjoyed the dining experience. Enjoyed my drink while sitting inside on my laptop, and charging my phone in the easy access outlets in the bench seat. Took a break from traveling and this spot was a very relaxing place to stretch out and enjoy a delicious drink!

I used to love this place but the customer service and product quality is really lacking. When I ordered a medium Thai tea with no ice, it was tasteless and resembled an expo-marker aftertaste. When asked politely if I could have a refund or exchange it for something on the menu, the lady rudely denied saying that I “payed for what I got.” A nice lady, who was also a customer, intervened and said I should be able to have a refund or exchange it. After a long phone call, the employee made another one. I would think after spending almost $6 on a drink, they would be appreciative of their customers. Will not be back

The is chain store but this one is really not that good, when I ordered 50% sugar,it’s tasted like 150% sugar,it’s way too sweet to make my teeth feel sour and ache,the lady said the cheese mousse called “milk cap”,well, I often drink bubble tea more than 5 times a month,what’s the difference?Anyways, I will definitely not recommend this store,but I still recommend “Kongfu tea” brand,all the stuff come from the company,how this store could make this terrible milk tea,it’s feels like drink the sugar consetra Concentrate😂

another 5 star review for a KFT location. the taste is always consistent and everything tastes just how I like because I can customize the sugar Level and the ice level. not a lot of people know that there's honey oolong milk tea, which uses a honey syrup over sugar, and it is tastes better! YOU GUYS SHOULD ALL TRY !
