Wendy's

Just... bad. Last time we went there (a couple weeks ago) they got part of our order wrong so we asked them to remake it. They made it completely wrong again then the manager had a huge attitude & was very rude to me because it had to be remade a second time. Not my fault they can't understand "tomato, pickle & mustard ONLY." We gave them another try today. I asked for a side of cheese and onions for my chili because they never offered it when i ordered. I sat down & poured the cup of onions onto the chili and a long black hair came out with them. I took it back and told them what happened. There was no apology. Nothing, actually. She just took it back and gave me a replacement without saying anything at all... and no onions this time. And since I'm already ranting, the chili was barely warm. This location is not good. Really rude and low quality.

This isn't based on 1 bad experience, unfortunately it's based on probably 7+ visits over the last 5 years. Not sure if I've always just drawn the short stick but long wait times 20+mins , and I always had to correct my order. The nail in the coffin was actually a few months back. I downloaded the app to make things easier, I have an hour lunch and my friend has a 30 min lunch. So I decided to order (and pay) ahead of time so I just needed to go inside and pick it up. A Tuesday around lunch time, super busy as to be expected. So I thought ordering ahead would help in that as well. I went in, I saw my name on the screen , showing that it was being made. They looked short staffed so I just stayed to the side and waited, even took another customer their drink when they left it on the counter and the employee couldn't get their attention. My name made it to the "ready " status on the screen so I waited closer to the pick up counter. . Nothing. I figured it was just lagging a little so I was still patient. When my name dissappeard from the screen, I got concerned. Once everyone was through the line I went up and asked the cashier and the mobile order under my name. She just let out a frustrated sigh, shrugged at me AND WALKED AWAY. At this point I was 40 mins into my lunch. I told my friend lunch was a no go. It was a pretty bad day, I just spent 20$ on food I didn't get so I had myself a little mid-day cry and drove back to work. I tried to contact the customer support chat on the Wendy's app, I sent a screen shot of my order, they said they would get it taken care of and send a refund my way. 2 weeks later I heard nothing, I tried to reach out to customer support again, nothing. The chat wouldn't load and I wasn't in a mood to call and be cranky with a service rep that had no part in what happened. At this point, I don't think I'll go back to Wendy's again.

*edit* this time they didnt take the paper off of the meat (theres a sheet of paper between each piece of meat.) Wife bit in to her burger and theres this nasty blood soaken paper that was with the raw meat in her mouth. Sorry wendys but that was your last chance with us!**** I would advise against ordering doordash or accepting orders from wendys. The line is always out to the road and they make dashers wait in the line and are under minimum wage if fulfilled wendys orders. The restaurant should start the food when the customer places the order, that way its hot and ready to be delivered to their paying customer asap.

I stopped in on a whim and to my surprise the whole inside was remodeled and looks great. New tables and a better atmosphere. I ordered a homestyle asiago club with fries. My order was taken right and I got everything I ordered. When I was waiting a customer must have got a wrong order, I dont know the details. But a manager replaced what he got wrong, and offered him a free drink and side. That really surprised me
