Chick-fil-a

This Chick-fil-A is super busy. We were going to order take out but the line was out in the busy street. Instead we went inside to have our meal. We almost didn't find a seat inside!! The only thing I found disappointing was the fact that they do not offer senior citizens discounts. I found that rather odd since Chick-fil-As in Texas offer this incentive to senior citizens. I asked if they offered discounts to first responders as I was wearing my fire dept. jacket and the associate mentioned that they only offered to police officers. All in all, I had a good meal.

The most kind person took my order here today. I was sick in the drive thru line and so embarrassed because it was lunch time and there were many people and I was holding up traffic. They employee who took my order asked if I was okay and I explained I was pregnant and didn't get to eat fast enough and it caused me to get sick. I apologized, and I was met with so much care and compassion I'm now sitting in the parking lot eating my food and crying because that was so nice. The employee made me feel like they could relate by informing me they had a child on the way as well and told me not to worry about getting sick in the drive thru. I've never had better customer service. I'm not local anymore but I would come back here just to be greeted by this employee every time. Deserves a raise! Under team member it just says iPad order but I was there at 12:29 and my transaction number was 8129 there was only one person out in the drive thru taking orders. Please give this staff member the recognition they deserve.

Would have gave a 5 Star on food but a Chick fil a sandwich isn’t what it used to be it used to be one side was thin and other side real meaty now they are equally thin so really not worth the price so unfortunately will have to pass on Chick Fil A and go get Popeyes Chicken sandwich because they stayed true to there sandwich and left it alone hopefully we can get the original Chick Fil a sandwich back to they way it was
