Mission Bbq

Mission BBQ catered our wedding, and we were incredibly pleased with their service. The food was fantastic, their staff were very professional and helpful and everyone at our wedding raved about how great the food was. We could not be happier with their service, and we would gladly recommend them to anyone who needs catering in the future.

This place serves up all the smoked meat essentials and BBQ staple side dishes. From the meats I've tried: the half chicken was super tender, falling off the bone, had pretty good flavor, and could stand alone. A few parts of the chicken were under-cooked, unfortunately. The salmon was very tender and also had really good, stand-alone flavor. For sides: the baked beans and slaw were both quite good, zero complaints. The cornbread was a little dried out both times I had it, but decent nonetheless. The seasonal sweet potato mash was excellent -- that added crunch on top gave apple pie vibes and was unlike any sweet potatoes I've had before. They have 6ish different BBQ sauces that cover different regions. Texas twang is the only one I've tried, and it was an excellent, not too sweet, slightly spicy sauce that could pair well with any smoked meat. They have lightning fast online order prep great, service, and pretty decent portions for price. Give Mission BBQ a try; you might love em.

We used Mission BBQ in Mason, Ohio to cater our wedding. Emma was our planner we met with and she was extremely helpful with any of the details for food. The tasting was massive and we took anything left over home from the tasting and the wedding. The food and workers were a delight and I would gladly and recommend them for anything for catering and service. Thank you very much for a great experience! We had cheesy potatoes, green beans with bacon, cornbread, dinner rolls, smoked turkey, brisket, and smoked shrimp at our wedding. Everything was delicious and the right price!

Mission BBQ catered our wedding last week and we are absolutely thrilled with how everything went. All the staff were kind, professional and treated our guests well. Their buffet setup was beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious! They even helped set up our charcuterie board and dessert table that was not part of Mission’s food! They also honored us by bringing their military vehicle “BAM BAM” which was a huge hit for our guests and family! From the start, they impressed us with their tasting presentation and professionalism. We highly recommend Mission BBQ for your wedding catering (and a special thanks to the catering specialists Ashley and Emma!).

This was my first experience at Mission BBQ and I wish I had one where I live!! I'm used to City BBQ in the Columbus area and have always enjoyed it, but this was WAY better! I ordered the same thing I would at CBBQ to get a fair judgement, and everything was at least a level better. The mac and cheese was amazing, and all 6 sauces on the table were great! I couldn't pick one so i just kept alternating per bite. I'd say the only downfall is it's a bit pricey ($38 for 2 ppl) but food was still 10/10

While traveling, we stopped in. We love this chain, but we don't often get to visit since they are not on every corner. It was about 3 p.m. on a Sunday and there was a line which impressed me. The staff got everyone in and out quickly. The food was delicious. Dining room staff was attentive and friendly. We highly recommend stopping in when you're in the area.

Really good barbecue! The brisket is delicious. My wife likes it lean and I don’t - they make us both happy. The salmon is also one of my favorites (I eat it with the white bbq sauce). I’ve started to get the seasonal special pretty often. The meatloaf is so good I wish they would add it to the menu. I usually get mac & cheese or the green beans - really good. Service has always been good and the people are all friendly. I like the way they support the military - check out all the pictures on the walls - very cool. Keep it up Mission BBQ!

We got take out after a medical appointment. The staff was courteous and kind. Even after the drive back to our motel, the food was warm and the bread wasn’t soggy. It was the best tasting barbecue that I’ve ever had. We got the barbecue shrimp, a pulled pork sandwich, and a meat sampler. Everything was cooked to perfection and had a great taste.
