Bamboo Frozen Yogurt Cafe is a great place for meeting up with people. Like: - Staff is helpful and friendly and they keep the place very clean. - Their decor is warm and cozy especially their fireplace area. - They offer complimentary disposable gloves, offer outdoor seating & in-restaurant seatings (sanitized between uses) as well as have hand sanitizers to keep you safe during this pandemic. Could be better: - They used to have a lot of flavors and since my last few visits I have noticed that 4-6 machines are not working or are off.

Come here from time to time to have a cup of fro-yo and it is absolutely THE BEST! Make sure to stop by here, the workers are kind and make sure the area is clean before and during the pandemic. Pretty good price for the quality of the fro-yo, its amazing. The aesthetic cafe seating is cute whether you choose to sit outside or inside, the seating is absolutely beautiful, comfortable, and aesthetically pleasing. Will always come back for more!

This fro-yo cafe is a tad more expensive than its local competitors, but still has an ample variety of flavors and toppings to choose from. The yogurt itself is delicious, the employees are nice, and the store is clean. However, each time I’ve visited, no matter the time of day, their 4 wall-mounted TVs are turned on and blaring loud. I could barely have a conversation with the family and friends I visited with, without being disrupted by the noisy TV. I think it would make a better cafe/store environment and customer experience if several of the TVs were removed, or at least turned off, so customers could choose to sit out of earshot of the local news or talk shows while eating. TL,DR: The fro-yo, service, and cleanliness of this store are all great, but maybe turn down or remove some of the obnoxious and loud TVs. 😊

I took my children to this establishment today because sweet frog was not open and man....that was my biggest mistake this week...we should have just waited the 30 min until sweet frog opened. The Bamboo service is awful to children. My 5 year old put the strawberry juice filled bubble topping on his yogurt and got yelled at for eating one that fell on his hand, scaring my 5 year old making him hit his head. There was no apology from the old man who appeared to be the manager but a response of “well that’s what happens.” Then, when I was getting ready to check out, the kids were putting hot fudge on their yogurt ( the 5 year old was getting help from his older sister) and this man proceeded to walk over and say in a whisper “you better not eat that before you pay for it.” All around our experience was extremely uncomfortable and we will be sticking to sweet frog from now on.
