New Silver Spring Diner

We had Miranda and she was great and tried to fix all of our issues but it didn'ttake away from the experience. We ordered a kids chocolate chip pancake that came out looking like Mickey Mouse with bacon and was tasty. We also ordered French toast that I had requested to be well done, I am not a fan of soggy french toast. And it came out under cooked and soggy, when it was sent back it came out looking like a finger poked through it. My husbands cream chipped beef was very bland. The only bright spot was our server. Our server is the only reason they get 2 stars, otherwise it would be zero stars.

Took my family to Silver Spring Diner. The service was fast. The waitress was pleasant and attentive. The adult serving sizes filled the entire plate. My daughter thought the kids spaghetti was bland (she is picky), and my spouse couldn't eat all the chicken stir fry. She said the sauce was a bit too sweet for her taste (She's Asian). Price for 2 adults and 2 children was just under $45.00. A fair price for a good meal!

Food was really good here. I have been here a few times over the past year and a half and have always been pleased with the food. Only down side was the server we had came back very rarely. We needed refills and nobody was around to help so our meal was spent with empty glasses. This is why I'm giving 4 stars out of 5.
