Subway

Giving it a 3 star for a painfully slow service. Staff were friendly and did good job with subs. I recommend this subway just make sure you are not short on time. FYI- subs are made much better in person than using the app. I have done online order at this store. Subs were sloppy and they didn't follow instructions. So, I have switched to 2nd best option of just going in the restaurant and ordering in person.

for starts i come to subway very often and today was an absolute disaster. i came in during my 30 minute lunch break and i didn’t can’t help for 5 minutes. they were all talking about laughing and werent making my sandwich. it took the lady Kai, 10 minutes to make my sandwich. andddd they didn’t take my coupon after they sent it to me. i told the lady i wanted a cookie and she didn’t get ring me up for one and the whole situation was very awkward. she didn’t ask me what kind of size i wanted. i also believe it is bad customer service to not say “have a nice day” horrible absolutely horrible experience.

Our food tasted great. However, the poor girl, who was great, had no help. There were two other workers in the subway, not caring that there were customers waiting. When it was time to check out the one worker, who was sitting the whole time, checked us out but couldn’t help with putting our subs in the basket. Also the place was VERY dirty, no clean tables and the floors were gross. I work for a restaurant and would never leave a dirty place for customers.

I preorder a 3ft italian sub on a friday for a pick up for Sunday. This was for my daughters 5th birthday party. I went there to pick it up on Sunday and the owner told me she had no order and i must have called a different store. I explained i know what store i called. Then an employee found my order in the back and instead of apologizingto me she continued to tell me that no-one showed it to her... meanwhile i have no food for my guest. So they made me a party platter. I waited as they threw it all together and was suppose to have all the toppings on the side including mayo oil and vinger etc. Only to get to the party with only half of the amount of food and the condiments all thrown together and missing. It was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this subway to anyone!! Not to mention i still paid full price!

This is the closest subway to my work, so I used to go here often. Until visit after visit, they wouldn't ask me of I wanted my sub toasted. They just do it on their own. The most recent time, I asked for it to not be toasted but meat hot (like any other subway does anyways) and I got scolded at with him talking under his breath. As I was checking out, he wouldn't let me scan my reward points. And that's when I realized he had been cutting his arm ( not judging) but it was so recent that blood was running down his arm and just started to dry. THATS DISGUSTING !
