Starbucks

Again, 'STARBUCKS' proved to be the top leader in the coffee house business! Sometime ago, I went to 'STARBUCKS' accross the street from HARRISBURG MALL in HARRISBURG, PA, and was totally satisfied! So, I allowed time to pass, so I could visit another 'STARBUCKS', to see if the coffee house giant lost it's luster (quality). Again, in my opinion, 'STARBUCKS,' at 6445 CARLISLE PIKE, MECHANICSBURG, PA, took home the 1st place prize! People ordered by cellphone or whatever, made it to 'STARBUCKS' and their orders are waiting! 'STARBUCKS' serves BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DESSERT, COFFEE, SMALL PLATES, PREPARED FOODS. Has Indoor/outdoor seating, WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY entrance and RESTROOMS, and to add to all those, 'STARBUCKS' have top-grade WIFI AVAILABILITY! I bought 2-SPINACH FETA WRAPS (only 1- showing in picture), 2-ALMOND CROISSANTS (only 1-showing in picture), 1-HAM SWISS CROISSANT, 1-REGULAR COFFEE & 1-GR-RASPBERRY SYRUP CAPPUCCINO. The store...CLEAN! The restrooms...CLEAN! Now the best news, the employees seem to me, to be 'HAPPY' to add to 'STARBUCKS' height! THANK YOU 'STARBUCKS'...AGAIN!

First of all I'm not sure the employees at this particular location know what they are doing and probably need to be retrained. The lady who took my order acted like she was lost. Also I ordered one of the new oat milk drinks with brown sugar and expresso and it was like drinking iced oat milk with no coffee what so ever. My wife wanted a refresher and they did not have those at this location either. Both my wife and I love coffee and Starbucks coffee in particular but I absolutely do not recommend this location to attain your Starbucks fix for the day. Atrocious.

I walked in one time to get a drink and they randomly pulled me in and handed me a hat and apron!? I worked there for several months learned the ways of the monk and mastered the art of customer service. The drinks are pretty good from what I've been told, I wouldn't know because everytime I tried to get a drink they told me I was on the clock and had to get back to work.

I work within 1000 yards of this location. Between myself, co-workers, and my girlfriend we can never seem to get what we ask for from the less than enthusiastic crew, yet always seem to go back to try and give them another chance. i don't want to always have to go into Target to enjoy some coffee, but it seems that is our only option. I shouldn't have to microwave my coffee or tea within 4 minutes of having it handed to me if it costs $4+, but I guess they don't like to serve anything past luke warm, even if I ask for it. Maybe they can just switch crews and give the nice people who work the Target location some training on the drive-thru? They really need to do something... And what is up with the girl who is always running outside to smoke by her car and talk on her phone? I wish I was paid to enjoy creature comforts at work. Maybe Starbucks is having her test out a new "ashtray flavored" latte. I love having cigarette breath blown at me while I'm trying to wake up. I guess I'll just get my morning wake-up from Sheetz until Target opens.
