Subway

I want to like this location because the food is always good and the workers are generally very efficient and kind. However it's just the latest location to stop accepting subway branded coupons exactly at the time Americans need to save money. I understand this is just a fued between franchises and the subway parent company but it's a bad look for the store and an even worse look for the brand. My meal cost $10.30 and they wouldn't accept a coupon to bring it down to $8.99.

First when if I asked if they had any kid size subs they said they don't. I end up paying $16 for 2 6 inch subs 1 kids juice boxs and a fountain soda when I ate my sub it had salami instead of pepperoni and the quality of the sub sucked. Honestly you can get a 6 inch sub from sheetz down the road for $3 and the quality is 10x better. So next time I'm in the mood for a sub I'll go to the gas station instead of a subway.

VERY RUDE manager, employees complain about everything in front of customers and they not once prepared any of the subs on either of my orders properly. I got to hear how the one employee walks to and from work and how overworked and under staffed the store is. The 2 workers said they work 6 days straight and walk home late at night. One said he sometimes bikes to work. So as a customer I shouldn't know these things about the workers and feel they have scrappy customer skills. Will NOT be returning to this store.

I called before I go they said they close at 8.45 pm. I went in before 8.45 pm and door sign was “open” . They were two ppl in-line they are done with order by 8.45 pm when it is my turn they said they are closed. I really don’t understand I was there before closing time but still I did not get my footlong felt so disappointed and bad .
