Domino's Pizza

We have got to give this Domino's 2 thumbs up!!! This is the speediest of all the places we've ordered from. The only issue we've come across is their hours of operation. I know we are going through some weird times and everyone is trying to find their groove therefore can't hold it against them. However, maybe a prerecorded message when we call in so we know you've closed early.

Extremely rude employees and unwilling to help out. I was staying in a hotel and placed my order online. I called the store to confirm, and an employee told me to correct the address. I informed her that I am visiting and not aware of the address and if she can assist. She got really upset and said " we are really busy, next time you need to put the correct address". She then hung up the phone. Another employee came on line and said our order has been placed. It didn't end here. I placed the order for 3 items and driver only delivered one. When I asked him about the remaining items, he said that he has forgotten them, and will be back. I called the store again, and Manager Sara refused to refund for undelivered items and said, you should call 1-800- Domino's.

This store offers you a free pizza for delivery and maybe you are waiting for payday but decide to use your coupon to avoid spending too much. Only to find out that they refuse to make your order less you pay an additional $15 prior to the delivery. They are utterly terrible at the idea of giving things out for free otherwise I wouldn't be here typing this nasty review.
