We were greeted and seated immediately. We started off with a bloody Mary and Mimosas. My husband got the carnivore omelet and I got the fish and chips. His omelet was delicious! I might have to get that next time. My fish and chips were also delicious. The better was light and crispy, yet not overdone. Our server was pleasant and attentive.

As always the food was really good. I had French toast and my breakfast partner had chicken fried steak and eggs; with choice of home fries or hashbrowns & biscuit or toast or English muffin. His breakfast was filling and he has a big appetite. Masks were required to enter. All staff was masked. Obviously, when you're eating or drinking you can take your mask off. The service was really good and fast. There was a fairly good crowd considering they're trying to seat folks a booth or table apart.

Excellent servers, great prices, delicious food! THE best biscuits & gravy - note the gravy does not have sausage in it, which I find PERFECT as the sausage usually gives gravy a fatty flavor & is overkill especially if you're either trying to have a meatless meal or planning on ordering a meat side in addition. Its a perfect comfort food that doesn't leave you feeling like you overdid it. I assume biscuits are homemade because they are so fluffy. That said, the sausage patties are delicious & good quality. Breakfast sandwich is equally amazing! Bloody Mary's on the menu made me extra happy ! The restaurant could use some greenery, like low maintenance leafy plants to liven up the color scheme, but otherwise I wouldn't change a thing. We stop there for breakfast whenever we're on that side of town. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it! So nice to have such a quaint, old-school place to dine in this day & age. Thank you all!
