Bonsai Teriyaki

Not in the menu but special request it anyway! best sushi I recommend is the seared salmon, seared tuna and seared scallops with a side of spicy mayo! And I also recommend regular tempura udon! It all has pretty good flavors in there way and the owner of the place is very nice and cooks as well. I’m from out of town and I’m quite impress!

Wonderful sushi. Great service. Super fresh and delicious. My family and I have finally found a place that serves amazing and delicious sushi. Many choices to pick from and everything we have tried has been amazing, every time! We love Bonsai and will make the hour and a half trip from klamath falls to Medford just to enjoy their amazing food and service.

What can I say about this place but they are warm and friendly in which it makes it a great environment to eat at. I absolutely love their sashimi super fresh just the right amount and you can't go wrong for the price. They're fire bombs are to die for grape flavor full of freshness that bursts in your mouth. California rolls in my opinion or a little small but fresh and full of flavor and that's not to mention there wasabi that they make is to die for. Their prices are not over the top but they're not cheap either decent pricing for what you get. Their decor inside is a little vintage but the great service makes up for it.

The vegetable tempura is very good. We ordered to take out and our food was ready in about 15 minutes very nice staff. I can't comment on the sushi since I didn't order it. I think the dishes have been adapted to suit American tastes so don't expect authentic cuisine, but everything we ordered was tasty and well prepared. Portions were generous and staff friendly.
