Round Table Pizza

Family wanted to give this place another shot after a bad experience about a year ago.. I’m so glad we did. The new manger made sure we had a great experience, he’s super friendly and all the employees were so nice. Pizza was amazing! I’ll definitely recommend this place as long as I keep having this experience with them!

Me and my friend came in late Halloween night, didn't even realize they were closed (they only had the doors unlocked for to-go order pickups) but the manager (Deward) was super cool and made an exception and allowed us to order a pizza to-go despite them technically being closed. Awesome customer service. Thanks for being a hella cool guy on such a busy night, you are appreciated!

This place almost never answers the phone. I really like their pizza but the only option is to drive to their location. I’ve placed online orders as well and they will charge my card but never show up. I’ve ordered pizza from several Roundtable locations but the one in Medford Oregon is the absolute worst. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. UPDATE: On 6-13-21 I made an online order that was never delivered and am still trying to get a refund. I was told the following day that they had to close early the previous evening and all online orders would automatically be refunded. After more than a week and still no credit to my account, I emailed the supposed owner that seems so concerned about bad reviews and got nothing. So today I called the store and after 3 solid minutes of the phone ringing, someone finally picked up. She was a very pleasant young lady and explained to me that she had someone on the other line with the same issue and had to put me on hold to get them taken care of first. Once she came back to the call, she told me that my order had been voided but it may take up to three days for the money to show up in my account. I won’t be holding my breath this actually works since the transaction was completed more than a week and a half ago but we will see. My biggest reason for adding this update is to let anyone reading reviews know that the “Owner response” is for appearance only. They do not actually follow up with customer complaints but would definitely like it to look that way. It’s too bad the corporation doesn’t get involved with these franchises because Round Table pizza is actually really good but this location obviously doesn’t know how to operate a a business.

Haven't been here in years but wanted to take my daughter to one of the only restaurants with an arcade or game zone for my toddler. The game room is cash only and they don't have an option for cash back an ATM. I was told this after I ordered and paid for my food and told to walk next door to the check cash store or try another store down the way. There also aren't any toddler friendly options. When I called to ask about all of this nobody answered the phone but google said they were open so we justed headed over. I should have just canceled my order instead of walking to three different stores looking for an atm. By the time I did get cash back I was over it and we never played any games. Bummed I ate here.
