Kfc

My wife went through the drive thru this evening with a pretty basic order, a $30 family fill up meal. She was asked to pull up and park and told it would be 7mins for our chicken strips. Fair enough for 24 strips. Forty minutes later she had to go inside to find out if they remembered she existed. 10 mins later they gave her our dinner. There were also at least two other drive thru customers right behind her who were having the same experience. When it comes down to it I'm pretty sure they were in there churning out the meals to the grubhub orders. Hopefully the new KFC going up on Garfield won't be so inept. Oh, I forgot to mention that after all that the chicken strips were thin, half breaded and not crispy at all. Like they ran out of good chicken and crispy batter and thought nobody would notice. And my son found a bone in one.

How come people said this place great???? It was the worst experience I have at a KFC location. I am not local, just stop to get a quick meal and they completely messed up my to go order. I regretted not to check the bag before driving away. The chicken was definitely not freshly made. Wasting my time and money here.

This is a great place if you don't mind it if they totaly screw up your order and over charge you. I ordered 3 #5 meals each with 2 thighs and and each with an extra side for a $1.00 extra. I didn't get 2 thighs instead got a breast and a leg and they charged full price for the extra side. I knew that we should have driven away when I noticed the manager was a millennial with a man-bun. I'll never go there again. PS the food was luke-warm. Eat at your own risk.

I personally think that the staff at KFC does not try to impress or satisfy a customers need. It has been about twenty years but I used to work in fast food restaurants and I know how difficult and thankless it is. But without satisfied customers who come back for more. It is not worth it. They try to close up shop way to early and never have fresh food for someone who shows up near the end of the shift. Sorry I would not recommend KFC to you.

Worst Service every. I pulled in to order food and car were leaving the drive throw, I had no idea why, so instead I went inside to order it took 30 mins to order and another 15 mins to wait for my order. They had a new guy working and he had to ask for help on every order he took. They ran out of the chicken I order he tell me this after I pay for my order. They had a total of 6 people working and of those 6 only 3 knew what the hell was going on. As I was waiting to order and after I order they had so many customer leaving the drive throw and walk out of the store. Very unhappy with the service.
