Current update: have been going here weekly either mobile app or drive thru. It is always a very long wait. Current record is 54 minutes for a drive thru order. Usually after confrontation after going thru the drive thru again and refusing to move until order is made gets the food made within 15 more minutes. Usual order is small order of nuggets and 2 small burgers. Sometimes with a sprite. Multiple complaints filed. No improvement. I look forward to filing more complaints until this location improves :) Edit for today's order, they mentioned all the machines were breaking on them again.

Got a happy meal and there milk was 3 days past the expired date of when best to drink it. Makes you wonder what elts are they going to over look that is expired or left over that should have been tossed out. ... I guess they are not worried someone could get real sick. Yes I know it's milk but anyplace that can't even follow rules means most likely there breaking many more.

Extremely poor service in the drive thru! I Would have assumed the manager, was extremely rude and snotty to me and the employee that was in the window working, over an issue that could have been easily, and politely handled, definitely wasn't! She should have stayed home if that's how she handles any sort of issue that is put in front of her! Clearly not professional or management material.

I hate leaving reviews because I realize there are bad days. But, Seriously the worst one in town. I usually only go to this one out if desperation and every time I always think "some time has passed so maybe they got better"? Never the case. Always slow staff, always gets my order wrong ( 3 chicken patties, fries and chicken nuggets or a cheeseburger, soooometimes a drink) easy order... never right.... not sure what the heck but if there were an option for negative stars I'd put it. The physical remodeling wasn't the only thing needing updating...

I ordered a double quarter pounder meal and got to the window. they gave me my coke and asked me to park and they would bring me my meal. this is has been happening every time I go there lately, so i pull around and wait. 10 minutes goes by and they bring me my food. the guy asked if im the double quarter, i say yes he hands the bag to me and says we ran out of boxes so its in a fillet of fish box. i look in bag see box drive away. guess what got a fillet of fish. i work 5 minutes from here so its convenient, but the service i have gotten over the past couple months is going to make me drive a few minutes more to Carls down the street.

Worst service ever ! Went through the drive thru was asked to pull around to wait for my order so I did after maybe 10mins they brought it out and were missing my drinks I let one of the girls know and she said okay I’ll bring them out. 5 minutes went by and my drinks were never brought to me . My husband had to go inside to which the doors were locked and had to knock even though it says dine-in . Someone opened the door acted surprised that it was locked yet never unlocked the door. He asked for the drinks someone handed him cups and said we’ll just fill them up yourself. So upset I will be calling tomorrow morning to actually speak to the owner.

I got the food I ordered however: one sandwhich was open and placed on its side so all the contents of the burger had spilled out, the other sandwhich was a sloppy mess and looked like someone slapped-it together while blind-folded during an earthquake. There was a random piece of wax paper in my fries. I don't expect much from fast food establishments, but this experience was below standard. Also, how you gonna have a sign that says "come on in, we're open!" while having a locked door and closed dining room in the middle of the day?🤔
