Smashburger

I placed an order through the app and when I arrived at the store to pick up my order. I could tell it was busy and the front of the store was under staffed. How do I know? Only one poor girl was working the entire front of the store. So I don’t blame her too much since she was put in a bind. But what happened is still unacceptable. I went to check on a bag of food that was placed on the to go table and the girl working just starts saying excuse me, excuse me, while giving me a look as if shouldn’t have checked the name the bag. Which it was my order. Still no milkshakes. There are people coming in and she has to stop to take their orders. Understandable. After looking at my food sitting there for 30 MINUTES, cold already. I ask if I could just get my food and get refunded for the two milkshakes. She then tells me that I should have told her that I had 2 milkshakes in my order. That was it, that made me lose it. I just want my money refunded please.

the food was good but not great. i got the spicy chicken tenders but they were not very spicy. i do love spicy food so others might find these spicy but if you like spice then don't get your hopes up. the flavor was good though, again not great. i also had the tater tots and definitely enjoyed them but didn't get a lot. overall good food but more expensive than it was worth.

Called in an order for a neighbor who bought me an item I wanted to try. She said her bacon Smash burger was good. However said her Sweet potatoe fries were soggy and under salted. She did like the vanilla shake yet said it had whip cream in it even though we asked for none. My one item the haystack onions were very over salted and the portions for price were horrible. The staff spelled my name wrong even though I repeated it 3 times. The front desk staff was very polite (not sure if cashier was call staff too because even though I asked her name she hurried me off the phone and hung up :(... Plus the staff had no name tags on.) The service from the cook staff and call staff makes this a low review.

Very good burger!🍔 I ordered a classic double smasburer with smashfries and an angry orchard beer 😋. The fries test good with the rosemary and with a little bit of mustard. The beer, was served in a glass and was cold and fresh🍺. I like the way the place is set up and when I came here, there was a decent number of people and there was a line to order (the sign at register says they are hiring. So, it might change) Overall, I recommend Smashburger 🙂

I can't believe how disorganized this store was. Two customers were waiting as other customers came and went. We got a hamburger. My little one took two bites then asked if it was cooked! It was pink/ raw on the inside. The cashier even made a disgusted face. The haystack onion things were cold and soggy. I was excited to try them and was greatly disappointed. I don't recommend.
