Rustic Grille

This is the 3rd time they have messed up my order. The first 2 times I politely mentioned it when I went to pick the food up the next time. This last time I called and said I ordered tenders and fries and I did not receive any fries and they gave me an attitude and then preceded to tell me that if I wanted the fries I had to BRING BACK ALL 5 chicken fingers for them to correct my order! And that I would have to call to talk to the manager tomorrow?… I’ve worked in many restaurants and I am not even one to complain. I wasn’t at all compensation for the 2 sandwiches they messed up before which were completely wrong I wasn’t even able to eat them. Or even acknowledged that they messed up the order for now a 3rd time. They were rude and unapologetic. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Never had a bad experience. Be warned the online menu isn't super accurate and I recommend going in and grabbing a regular menu right up front! They're very good about fixing their mistakes. Saw a comment saying differently but they always want to fix it before giving credit which makes sense for any business. We got a wrong sandwich once and didn't feel like driving back to get the right one. They offered to drive us out the sandwich and trade in the wrong one!! Super helpful and understanding staff.

I've eaten here a few times, besides bad customer service, the meat tastes rancid in every dish I've had..Maybe you need to clean the grill or something. Update: my job ordered from here again. I got a taco sald, the onions on top look 90 days old. Did not get sour cream or guacamole. So, I'll reiderate...NOT GOOD.

Rustic Grille is a gem to the Medford/Medford Lakes area. I've been going here for as long as I can remember and my fiance and I have been regulars since we started dating 8 years ago. Their Pastina soup is the staple of this restaurant and is always delicious. Their pizza is so amazingly hot and fresh. The burgers are always so delicious as well as their cheese steaks and let us not forget their amazing bomb fries. I will never stop coming here. I highly recommend it.
