Horrible experience tonight. First delivery guy left my food outside on the porch. Second, I ordered a well done burger and this is what I got. I called and spoke to Denise the front manager who was very nasty by the way and lacks customer service skills. She says I will refund you. I asked how is that going to solve me not having dinner tonight. As the customer I should be upset because this the second thing they have done wrong. Nope, instead she continued to call me hun and accused me of being rude when one I wasn’t raising my voice or nothing. Then she says to me, “it’s not what you say but how you say it. I’m sure you heard that before”. Wait a minute who is the customer and after you guys messed up you flip it on the customer. Totally wrong and horrible customer service. Her final words were, “we have over and hour wait and I don’t have time to be on the phone with you”. Horrible service and horrible food. Stay away from here they are nothing like when they first opened. Denise here is a friendly reminder to run a restaurant you need customers if you run them away then you have no restaurant

Have been going to all the locations for a while now but our recent order was gross. We ordered the burgers to be cooked medium and they arrived bright pink inside. The fries(which are usually awesome) arrived soggy and room temperature. The salad I ordered had chicken that wasn’t completely cooked either and the left out the dressing I requested. Really disappointed.

We've tried to give this place a chance. We've ordered 2 times. I personally wasn't pleased the first time. But we tried again and tonight we tried one of their flatbreads. Says Buffalo ricotta, but had no Buffalo taste, tasted like regular ricotta. Said hot n honey sauce but only tasted like honey. Also the fries had a few pieces that had hard pieces of potatoes in it. We ordered mozzarella sticks but received cheese triangles that were obviously overlooked in dirty oil. We tried it, but threw it out. No one enjoyed their food tonight. We thought bad experience the first time, we know places have bad days, so we'd try again. But we will never order from here again.

My family has frequented this business for some time now and we have always had good experiences. I ordered “chicken tortilla” soup and what a MISTAKE that was. No chicken…no tortillas. The girl told me there isn’t always chicken or tortillas in CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP. I wanted a refund of the soup only, because it was simply awful, and she refused. It was a $5 soup, and now they lost customers. The girl at the front has a bad mouth and a snarky attitude, and made the situation 10x worse.

Stopped by for A quick bite for Take-out, Got an order of Onion rings, They were mediocre at best. I also had French fries & Chicken Tenders... Everything was warm and looked Gr8. It was just average though, the chicken tenders were moist but lacked flavor... The Sauce was not bad(both the Chipotle Ranch & the Honey Mustard sauces were decent & flavorful). On second visit got the Mushroom/Truffle Burger... It was well above average, I recommend the Burgers for sure! Staff is very friendly and helpful.

The worst crust and fire ever. The employees that work the register are entitled and spoiled children. We ordered PICKUP one evening and my husband went to pay and left a $5 tip. The two blonde girls working at the register said to each other “that’s it 😒” keep in mind this is pickup. We didn’t dine in and you’re not entitled to anything just because you work a register. Also the food wasn’t good either, I’ll stick with the Voorhees location instead.

We've ordered from here twice now. So far they're 0-3 (yes 0-3). 1st order they forgot the dipping sauce for the onion rings. I didn't bother to call. 2nd order they forgot mozz sticks and waffle fries all together. When they came to redeliver, there was no sauce for the waffle fries (which is on the menu). Food is not bad, but tbh it's not worth the lack of service you get.
