Amuse Euro Bistro

My wife and I had never been here before, but it was our 20th anniversary and we wanted to try some place new. We were definitely not disappointed with our decision! They were understaffed when we went, but I never would have known had they not said something. Tory was working at the bar serving drinks, and somehow was super attentive to us! We started out with the Classic Bruschetta which was absolutely delicious! My wife chose the Chicken Marsala which she said was cooked exceptionally well. I chose the Seafood A La Vodka which was so good that I couldn't stop eating it until it was completely gone! The portions are very generous, and I don't know if I can thank Tory enough for making our special night even more special! If I was able to give more than five stars I most certainly would! After bringing us a slice of absolutely phenomenal chocolate cake and a couple more glasses of wine she announced it was our 20th, and in spite of the sad guy at the bar who apparently had a marriage end poorly, we will definitely be back!!! Again, thank you for making a special night more special!

The food here is absolutely delicious!!! My family loves it!! Everything is always very good. Our favorites are the salads. They’re always very fresh!!!! Delish!!! We also love the bramble pizza which has blackberries on it!!! Yummy!!!! Their dinners are always very good!!! This is a great restaurant with a unique menu!!!

I love this place so much. This is my second time coming. They have a brunch/lunch menu, and a dinner menu. The portions are huge and the food is fresh and extremely delicious! Today my family and I tried the butternut squash soup, the croque Monsieur Sandwich, sweet potato fries, mac&cheese, stuffed french toast, Mimosas, lamb burger, and snitzel with spetzel. We didn't get pictures of everything but I assure you it all looked amazing and tasted so good. The last time I came I tried the eggplant parmesan with a side of risotto and it was easily the best I've ever had. I can't wait to come back to try something new.

My parents and I enjoyed the bramble and fungi pizzas today ($5 off pizzas with a beverage purchase on Tuesday’s). They were both delicious and you could taste the quality of the ingredients. I’m not a huge pizza or red sauce fan, but their sauce was light, flavorful, and not overwhelming. The blackberries on the bramble were fresh and sweet - we asked for a little cup of honey to drizzle on top and it was amazing. Highly recommend the salty/sweet combo! If the prices weren’t so high I would love to try every single thing on the menu. Maybe for special celebrations in the future. Everything passing our table looked and smelled delightful. Great little restaurant to support if you want a high quality, delicious meal on beautiful Medina Square!
