Ordered online, totally user friendly system. I called the Medina store the day before just to confirm they had the online order, gal on the phone was cheerful and confirmed our order. Arrived and the order was ready to go on time the morning of our office event. I will definitely utilize their online ordering again. Food was fresh and our guests enjoyed it. Thank you to the staff at the Medina Jimmy Johns you helped me make our event a success and that is terrific!!

Been a regular for over 10 years now. The food is good - better than Subway in my opinion - if not a hell of a lot more expensive. Orders are wrong 60% of the time. Some current drivers that have been there for at least 2-3 years are EXTREMELY rude - demanding tips, backtalking, writing rude notes on reciepts, not waiting for you to answer your door after a SECOND of knocking and just leaving - and no one seems to do anything about it. I'd order from another one if I could. Woman on the phone argued a ton about "me always complaining". Demanded proof we didn't get the correct item and hung up while on the phone, wouldn't answer when attempting to call back. Also lied to us about who made the sandwich and that she was "never fixing my order" again. Changing review to add this information and lower my star rating, because nothing is being done. Never ordering from them again.

Alex the “manager” is the rudest human I have ever spoke to. When I called questioning my order that was placed over 40 minutes prior to my call he said it’s out for delivery what do you want me to tell you!! Are you kidding me!! I will never be ordering from this location again. Do yourself a favor and just do a pickup because delivery is a joke! I would have loved to do pick up except I’m at work. Just received my order placed at 12:53 received at 2:10!!!

Completely got my family’s order wrong. The owner tried to make it right by providing a meal on the house. I told him we don’t live in the area, and his response was if I am ever in the area to stop in. Well…..a refund or gift card sent to my house would be nice! As a business owner, this would have been my first move. Check your order before you leave.

Delivery driver was on the phone and tossed my order onto the business counter and left. Had an issue with my order. Spoke with a manager who just kept telling me "I don't know." when the whole issue was just that I was missing something from my order. Finally they came and brought my missing item and the delivery driver again tossed my order, nearly fell off the table of I wouldn't have caught it. No apologies. Just walked out. Ordered from here several time and I will not be ordering again.
