Mr. Hero

We chose Mr. Hero for our employee appreciation meal today and they didn't let us down! 80 sandwiches were made with less than a days notice and the owner and GM went out of their way by coming in early to ensure we had them at 11:00 am sharp. The GM was so very friendly, greeted us with a smile, and offered to load the food into our vehicle for us. The service is unmatched. The food was absolutely amazing – everything we tasted melted in other mouths, our employee's loved it. Absolutely the best employee meal we have had in a while. We will definitely be back. Do yourself a favor and visit this Mr. Hero location. Highly recommend!

Rude Rude Rude. The girl who took our order acted like we were the biggest bother to her when we came in. Rolled her eyes when we asked about the menu. The food was thrown together as best. I got the cheeseburger and my husband got the Roman burger. Literally 1 piece of meat. This was our first visit to Mr. Hero and we were very disappointed. We will not be going back.

My first visit to this location. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY. My cheesesteak was really heavily seasoned with some kind of peppery stuff, way too much. Then the sandwich itself was rolled up really tight, but I could still see there were barely any shrooms or onions, and frankly, not much cheese either. The meat was rubbery. Finally, it was MUCH more EXPENSIVE than other Mr. Hero's. I didn't finish the sandwich, and won't be back to this restaurant. Ever.

My father was a foundation block if the Mr. Hero famous sandwich shops. Customer Service and “quality of ingredients “ were his primary focus. We visited many stores as secret shoppers. So , this Mr. Hero is clean but the lack of employees is a result of of poor tasting sandwich. This place looks nice but the food was mildly warm , cold cheese and nothing like the new commercials promises. They have the owner and a cook , and when I asked why my BTE romans were not even warm and the owner argued as I asked if possibly the grill wasn’t working properly. He hardly understood my concerns and got very angry. The waffle fries also were cold because I watched him cook and then put under the heat lamp that also was perhaps not working.?? However the good was poor and cold and angry mgr
