My kids went to pizza palooza today and my son reported to me that he wished he could have rated the people because Domino's would have won. He really loved the woman who was serving pizzas.

This place sucks! I placed an order online, and put in the notes that they had to bring change for 100. After LITERALLY an hour and 45 mins, I called them to make sure everything was okay, and reminded them again to bring change for a hundred.
They then let me know they could not do that? I understand its company policy but would have been nice to know I don't know an hour and a half ago?
Your loss. I called one of your competitors and not only will they gladly take My 100, they'll be here in kess than an hour and not over two.
I'll make sure to avoid you guys from here on out. Thanks for making me mad enough to leave my first review in months! Hope you guys enjoyed my pizza!

I ordered online and it was supposed to be ready in 18 minutes. I got to the store in about 15 minutes but still had to wait 25 in the store!!

Horrible service. The guy on the phone said I’m a funny guy. They delivered to my house before but now they won’t. BAD SERVICE

I seriously don't know how they do it but this store is by and large the best!! Dominos I've ever had the privilege of ordering from. Placed my order at 9.00 and just received my order at 9.21, piping hot and fresh!! Fantastic! The delivery people are amazing, and always have their masks on correctly, and place my order in front of my door and ring my bell as asked. Truly the best and I cannot compliment them enough.

Cheap pizza and it’s good in a pinch. Not as good as the local pizza places, but the price is right and the kids love it. Always friendly staff when it’s being picked up. Glad to have something so consistent so close to our house.

This Dominos pizza is amazing! I always carry out so I cannot comment on the delivery. I will tell you every person working in there are hard workers and super helpful. They have no problem explaining any questions you have and helping you out. My recent experience Was with Kyle and he help me out no problem! I’ve never ordered from any other dominoes and as long as this one is still in Medina I’ll never order from anywhere else. Great job guys
