Zambistro

I was looking for a new restaurant to enjoy dinner with my daughter. A dear friend - an admitted foodie - suggested Zambistro in Medina. Only 15 or 20 minutes away, we decided we would give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised! Quaint and clean, the ambiance was very nice (albeit a little too bright). The host and wait staff made us feel very welcome, we couldn't wait to see the menu. Our server, Chris, was very attentive every step of the way; answering questions and making suggestions. The star of the show, the food, did not disappoint! As my daughter and I drove home, she said "Dad we need to add Zambistro to the list." I agree wholeheartedly!

What a wonderful place to have dinner and cocktails. I really like the many options they have for dining (seating). You have two out door areas to be seated at, one is on a balcony and the second is a igloo experience. The decor is simple but yet classy. Our server Kara did a great job explaining the menu, and I really appreciated her recommendations. I actually took her suggestion for dinner, and i am so glad I did. Looking forward to coming here again. Filet mignon- cook perfectly and seasoned just right..Every bite was tender and enjoyable Bistro salad- very fresh ingredients and I really enjoyed the creamy Parmesan dressing Espresso crème brûlée- nice subtle flavor of coffee. Loved the texture of the brûlée Cocktails- forgot the name but the cocktail was amazing

Hosted a large party and the event went off seamlessly! We threw a few curveballs and they handled it. The service was excellent, everyone was very well trained. The food was delicious and promptly served/flow managed for the size of the group. Thankful to have a restaurant like this close to home! Group favorites were the tuna and calamari apps, lobster pasta and filet mignon. Everyone was very happy with the party!
