You don't normally find good food in the middle of a casino. Gamblers are just looking for a cheap and filling meal before hitting the tables again. But Tia To was a surprise - the pho noodles were decent, as were the rest of the dishes we ordered. Portions are big - a large pho noodle soup can be enough for two to share, maybe with a side dish ordered.

Terrible food, poor management. My partner Ordered Bun Bo Hue- soup really lacks flavor , the fresh veggies came along with this dish is not the right veggies which you would get at Vietnamese restaurants across Melbourne. I’ve ordered the crispy barramundi- it is so bland, the salad dressing underneath doesn’t have much dressing. (Salad -simple! chopped cabbage, onion , bit of corriender with a hint of vinegarette or something like that) Is it Vietnamese or some sort of contemporary cuisine with a Vietnamese touch? I’m not too sure but either way I’m sure it wasn’t pleasant. Fish dish was lacking flavor so had to ask for sauce, i’ve Got sweet chili from a bottle... what happen to nuoc mam? Ask dipping sauce for my partner ...three times, and it finally hit the table. Overall Poor management from FoH , kitchen lacks communication to deliver food at the right time. Restaurant was only half full. All Food and drink was order at once . Fish came first then 10-15 mins later my partner’s soup dish arrived... have to ask for the drinks twice.

Slow service, waited 10 minutes for some water, ended up getting it myself. Waiting at least 20-25 minutes for main after entree. People coming in later served first. Didn’t ask how the meal was, fried pork overcooked. Water all over womens toilet floor at entry, when staff told didn’t really care. Staff didn’t look interested. Will not be returning.

We ordered the Seafood combination phò and the sliced beef phò was nice. The stock was good and the beef was tender. The seafood one had quail eggs and large prawns. However I have had similar and better tasting pho's that are few dollars cheaper, and larger in size. Still a great place to visit whilst at Crown

Enjoyed a true Vietnamese dinner. Their style is to wrap spring roll in a piece of lettuce leaf and adding different vegetables and herbs and covering the lot with a sauce (spicy).The vegetables can be carrot, cucumber and the herbs can be mint,Vietnamese mint (spicy) plus some hot chilly. Not expensive, will come again.
