Stepping away from the overcrowded cafes, this place is definitely a little gem. Beautifully presented backyard, extensive variety of food. And a heart warming coffee which lit up the cold and windy Melbourne morning! I have only tried the pumpkin and potato hash brown and already quite impressed. Hodjicha latte is definitely another highlight coz you don’t find it often in other places, a great alternative to coffees on the weekends. Staff is welcoming and attentive, would definitely return.

The classic Melbourne neighbourhood cafe - good coffee, a nice range of teas and some superb choices for breakfast, all with the option of tables inside, a bar in the window and a lovely little courtyard out back. Staff were great, quickly clearing tables, not afraid to be honest with people about their chances of a table when the cafe was full, and offering to move us from the bar to the courtyard when a table became free after we ordered. Coffee was good, and fast, and the food choices were excellent - there was a good range of gluten-free options and a superb French toast for those who are not big on eggs.
