Love it!
Old school pub which is a fascinating space. Or to be more accurate, bunch of spaces. It has nooks, it has crannies, even an open log fire and beer garden.
Great staff, great food, and Live Bands as well!

Easily the best pub food in Melbourne, perfect bar with fires lit in winter and cosy beer garden in summer. Hands down king of dog friendly pubs and to reiterate, the food is so good and amazingly priced. Paired with stellar bar staff, The palace is really the only bar to go to in south or port Melbourne

Went here on a Monday. They have an open mic night. Got some pizza (really good and it was 10 bucks!), played some music. Really supportive environment if you’re looking to play along

The most local, for locals. Excellent beers on tap; the basics always stay and changing specialities to delight the craft lovers. Have Baz or Luke make you a coconut margarita and your night is sorted. Good hot pub food to fill you up. A big lounge in front of the fireplace and pool table + sports and mma on the telly.
