Friendly staff just sometimes a little late in recognizing you need them, but they busy as well. When they serve you, they helpful and friendly. Food is good as well. We used a groupon voucher which is of good value.they made a mistake with the drink and ended up giving both drinks for free which was very kind of them. Provided good advice when asking for recommendations. Food was tasty and Flavorful. Wouldnt mind coming back!

The restaurant is located at a very strategic location and can offer much more. Menu seems quite limited and there are not many choices. The food is okay. Service is relatively slow. Service staff are okay and not very friendly. Update on 8 July 2019: I respect business owners who care about customer experience. Jasper Kitchen has raised the bar by responding after 2 years to inform me that there has been much change. I did not have a bad experience first time too. Will certainly make a visit.

I had the waffles with mascarpone cream, blueberries, macadamia and coconut. I was pleasantly surprised by this, it could have used with maple syrup, but I’m sure if I had asked they would have got me a pot of it. The juices were very refreshing. The service at Jasper is top notch, and is one of the advantages of eating a hotel, is you get the best hospitality. As far as hotel restaurants go, it’s decent food with stellar service. I’m actually curious about the after 4pm, ramen bar that it turns into at night – I look forward to trying that one out next time I am in the vicinity. Disclaimer: Invite.

Amazing food! The takoyaki was phenomenal and I really enjoyed my steak. The chef cooked the perfect medium rare tbone, the only complaint was the watery mushroom gravy I got to accompany it A rich flavoured house red, soft on the pallet, was provided and it was also perfect with our meals. I will return, especially for the deliciously ugly dessert
