Sho Noodle Bar

This is my first time in this restaurant and the barramundi is absolutely delicious. The pork cutlet is not delicious at all. The Sho noodles and sweet and sour pork is pricey and did not lived up with my expectation. The food did not arrived at the same time. Overall, the service is standard and the food is pricey.

Food is good but don’t expect standard service. There were at least 4 staff front of house, no queue but still had to wait to be seated. When food were delivered, no emotion or acknowledgement when the guest said “thank you”. Asked for water and the front of house staff said “I’ve put through an order for you, hopefully someone at the back will come out soon”, as a customer I don’t need to know this, just get the order done seamlessly. Very poor customer service, definitely need to re-train or re-educate service values.
