Mad Mex Fresh Mexican Grill

My young Son and I had a quick lunch here. The service was extremely fast, and the food was great, but what did impressed me, was the courteous Staff. So.... Reasonably priced great food, served quickly by friendly staff, in a very busy place! We will certainly be back. Please consider Mad Mex for your own quick meal. For me 10 out of 10. Well done guys.

The burritos there are delicious, packed full of fillings of lettuce, salsa, cheese, tomato, beans, rice and meat of choice. The chicken was juicy and not fatty which I like, and the flavours blended well together. The fillings are generous and I believe the burrito is slightly cheaper whilst being the same size, than other restaurants so thats a plus too! Service is friendly by the asian lady! Located in the food court of Melbourne Central. The environment seemed relatively clean too.

Got a mini burrito today and when they asked if I wanted guacamole I said no. Then when I was paying I noticed the price was slightly off so I asked for a receipt, when it was printing the girl serving me and the rest of the employees started laughing. Turns out I did get charged for something I did not want or receive. Do not recommend this Mexican when you can get Guzman and Gomez a few doors down.

Had nachos, naked burrito and kids meal. There was a long queue as expected on Saturday but the service was further hampered due to a delay in restocking certain fillings. Nothing special about the food, in fact it felt cold and flavour was bland. The portions were very small and kids meal was way smaller compared to others we had.

The server here were so uninterested while serving me that I’m surprised that my order came out right. The server was half-heartedly handling quesadillas. But despite how unappetising my nachos looked, it was surprisingly good. My quesadilla was okayish, as well. And it was just the one server that had the enthusiasm of a snail. The other people there seemed to be positive.

Mexican food. Choice of style, filling and level of spice. I had the naked burrito with beef (extra 50 cents) and medium spice. They added onion, coriander and jalapeños for no extra charge, but you need to ask for them. Did not go for the guacamole at two dollars extra. Food was fresh and tasty.
